1950s Russian Porcelain Figurine – Young Soviet Border Guard with Dog – Lomonosov Factory – 13cm

This beautifully crafted porcelain figurine from the 1950s was made by the famous Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (now known as the Imperial Porcelain Factory) in the USSR. It features a young Soviet border guard kneeling beside his loyal dog, with a striking red star on his cap—a powerful symbol of Soviet identity and pride.

Standing 13cm high, this delicate hand-painted figure is full of character and detail, from the boy’s soft expression and sailor-style shirt to the alert stance of the white dog. The base is decorated with yellow flowers and green grass, adding a charming pastoral touch to this patriotic scene.
