Vintage Bay Keramik pottery vase
This very special West German pottery vase or jug was manufactured in the 1970's by the renowned pottery company Bay Keramik. The vase features a smooth earthy red background which is decorated with a deeply textured earthenware and brown engraved design. This design is geometric and is reminiscent of tribal artwork. On the base of the piece is imprinted the form and size marks 1692/21. The vase is 21.5cm high. The condition is impeccable.
