Vintage German Apothecary Bottle – Amber Glass – c.1950s

A classic piece of mid-century medical history, this vintage German apothecary bottle is made from rich amber glass and features its original label: Ol. Sojae (Latin for soybean oil). It stands approximately 15cm tall (including the stopper) with a base diameter of 6.5cm.

This type of bottle would have been used in a pharmacy or dispensary, with the amber glass helping to protect its contents from light. It’s in great vintage condition, with minor wear consistent with age. The glass stopper is fixed in place on this example, adding to its authenticity as a preserved display piece.
