Vintage Russian folk art wooden figurine
This sweet hand-painted wooden figure of a woman seated on a rocking horse is marked Kosterev 1992 on the base. The horse is white with a blue floral decoration such as you find on porcelain, and the woman carries an armful of flowers and has flowers in her hair. The item measures 18cm high and 16.5cm across.
